QuickShot on Apple Watch and Sync

QuickShot on Apple Watch is built for quick, wrist-first interaction when you want to move fast and keep your phone as a companion screen.

Start QuickShot on the watch

  1. Open Shot Insights on Apple Watch.
  2. Choose QuickShot.
  3. Select the profile or session context the watch offers.

Use QuickShot during the session

Work through the watch prompts, then confirm the result on your wrist before you continue.

Sync with your phone

Section titled “Sync with your phone”

After the watch action finishes, open the Shot Insights app on your phone and confirm the related data appears there as expected.

Things to verify:

  • the same profile or session context appears on the phone
  • the latest watch activity is present
  • you can continue the workflow on the phone without re-entering your setup

If the phone does not reflect the latest watch activity right away, keep both devices nearby and reopen the app on your phone once before trying again.
