Move Profiles

Moving profiles makes it easier to carry data between devices, save a backup, or share a setup with someone else.

Send a profile out

1. Open Ballistics.
2. Select the profile you want to share or save.
3. Choose the send or share option.
4. Save or send the file using the share options on your device.

Bring a profile in

1. Open Ballistics.
2. Choose the add or open option.
3. Select the file you want to bring in.
4. Review the imported profile and confirm the values before using it.

Before you rely on a profile you brought in

• Confirm the zero range
• Confirm muzzle velocity
• Confirm reticle units
• Confirm the profile name clearly identifies the rifle and load

If you make changes after importing, Manage Profiles can help you keep the original and edited versions organized.
