Pair the Hub

Pairing the hub is the bridge between your downrange hardware and the Shot Insights app on your phone.

Before you pair

• Keep the hub near your phone.
• Make sure Bluetooth is on for your phone.
• Wait for the hub light state that shows it is ready to connect.

If you have already declined access on your phone, follow Permissions and location and then come back here.

Pairing steps

1. Open the app and go to the device connection flow.
2. Choose your ShotCaller hub from the list.
3. Confirm the hub connects and remains shown in the app.
4. Check that the app shows the correct device before you continue.

When pairing succeeds

You are ready to add or confirm your targets and move on to ranging.

If the hub does not connect

• Move the hub closer to your phone.
• Close and reopen the device connection flow.
• Confirm the hub is not already connected to another phone nearby.
• Recheck the hub light status.
