Stage Timer
Stage Timer gives you a dedicated timing tool for practice. Use it when you want a clean start signal, a par time, or spoken cues while you work through a drill.
Start a timer session
Section titled “Start a timer session”- Open Stage Timer.
- Set the time or drill details you want to use.
- Start the timer when you are ready to run the stage.
- Listen for the start and follow any spoken cues.
- Review the result and reset for the next run.

- Stage rehearsal
- Par-time drills
- Repeating the same sequence until your timing improves
- Keep the phone where you can hear it clearly but do not need to touch it mid-run.
- Use the same settings across multiple runs so your comparisons stay fair.
