Account and Data

For most account and data tasks, start from the account area inside Shot Insights. That is where you will usually find options to update account details, review your current sign-in, and begin any data-copy or deletion process shown in the app.

Before making major account changes, confirm you can still sign in successfully and know which email or sign-in method the account uses.

  • Update the sign-in details tied to your account
  • Convert a guest profile by following Convert a guest profile into an account
  • Request account deletion if you no longer want to keep the account
  • Get a copy of your data if you want records outside the app
  1. Sign in and confirm you are in the correct account.
  2. Save any important records before deletion.
  3. If you started as a guest, convert the profile first so the data stays attached to a login you can recover later.
