Bluetooth Connection Issues

If a supported device appears paired but will not connect in Shot Insights, the fix is usually to confirm Bluetooth access, move closer, and reconnect from inside the app. Start with the simplest reset steps before you remove anything from your phone.

Most connection issues are temporary and clear up after a short retry sequence.

  1. Make sure Bluetooth is turned on for your phone.
  2. Confirm Shot Insights still has Bluetooth access.
  3. Move the phone closer to the device.
  4. Turn the accessory or hub off and back on if that option is there.
  5. Return to Shot Insights and reconnect.
  • Close and reopen Shot Insights.
  • Make sure the device is not already busy with another phone nearby.
  • Recheck App permissions.
  • Use Permissions and Location if Bluetooth access was denied earlier.
